Accounts Staff Supervision

The Accounts Staff Supervision service is a scheme where we act on behalf of business owners and management teams (especially those lacking financial expertise) to oversee and support their bookkeeper or accounts staff with the key objectives of:

✔ delivering timely financial reports and performance data to management

✔ ensuring the financial administration runs smoothly.

✔ developing and documenting procedures & systems to build internal capacity and know how.

We currently have one accounts staff supervision scheme (the Accounts Staff Training & Mentoring program) as described below:

The Account Staff Training & Mentoring program is designed for organisations who have a trusted in house accounts person with the ability and desire to step up in terms of work responsibilities and their career.

We will train up and mentor the accounts person (via scheduled online monthly or quarterly sessions) on al aspects of the finances ranging from the bookkeeping to the management accounts.

Where required, we can also advise on career matters or continued learning.
