You can select one or more of our individual accountancy and compliance services as per your requirements. Alternatively, you can choose our All In One package where we combine a bookkeeping solution with any other accounting and compliance service you need (e.g. statutory accounts, payroll, etc).
Our Services
Our Statutory Accounts service is designed to produce the year end accounts (and other returns) for Not For Profits to be submitted to the relevant authorities. This includes producing SORP annual accounts for the Charity Commission or HMRC, CIC accounts for the CIC Regulator, and FRS accounts for Companies House which. In some circumstances a tax and/or annual return may also need to be completed
Statutory Accounts
Independent Examination
Charities with income between £25,000 – £500,000 can opt to be independently examined rather than go through a more expensive and robust full audit. We do our utmost to ensure our independent examinations are cost effective and we always provide a really useful `management letter`(spelling out how things can be improved) at the end of the process.
Consultancy
Our Consultancy service is designed to help NPO leaders with the higher level aspects of running their enterprise. We can help with a wide range of issues like changing your current structure, updating a constitution, reviewing your governance arrangements, arranging training of your trustees/ management team. Furthermore, when a change in law occurs we will proactively encourage and assist you make changes to keep compliant.
Payroll Service
Our online Payroll Service is a flexible and affordable solution that can handle payroll of all size (including 1 director payrolls), all pay types and payment frequencies (e.g. weekly,, monthly, etc) with online payslips and access to all your forms. The service is fully RTI compliant ( including FPS, EPS, P60's and P45's) and we can also help you meet your pension auto enrolment responsibilities.

Gift Aid Service
Our Gift Aid service is designed to help charities and CASCs to take advantage of the generous government backed scheme that allows them to claim an extra 25p for every £1 of donation they receive. We can help you make these claims by either doing the claiming on your behalf OR training up somebody from your organisation to do it in house.
All In One Package
Our All In One service is a packaged solution where we set you up with an appropriate bookkeeping system and add any of the above services you require to form one affordable fixed fee solution. The bookkeeping element will either be an outsourced solution (carried out by us) or we can train up and/or supervise an inhouse accounts person/bookkeeper of your choice.

Churches & Religious Charities
