Welcome to the BPT Mentoring Program – a special `on the job` mentoring and awareness program designed for business owners and organisation leaders who are great at what they do but feel uncertain when it comes to the planning and finance side of things.
If you are one of these talented `non finance` entrepreneurs or leaders, the program will help you make practical sense of finance and planning as it relates to your particular business/organisation. Indeed, you will learn how use a few key numbers to set realistic business objectives, track financial and business performance, and continually make decisions from a strategic and financial perspective that steer you towards the achievement of your objectives.
The great thing about the programme is that you will be `learning as you are working` — immediately applying learned concepts to your real world challenges and seeing how things work and results unfold in your operations. This, combined with our ongoing support and feedback, ensures you will gain the clarity, confidence, and control to build a strong path to success.
As an enrolee on the program, you will receive a 12 hour personalised mentoring programme spread out over an agreed period (e.g.12 x 1 hour sessions over 3 months). However, after you complete the initial 12 hour program you have the option to retain our services (albeit less frequently) where we can continue to support you for as long as you need it.
The program is open to leaders of SMEs of all types. Therefore, you can benefit from the scheme whether you are a sole trader, or a leader of a start up, a business or a charity
Help To Grow Management course
If your organisation has between 5 - 249 employees we will ask you to consider enrolling on the Help To Grow (HTG) Management course. The HTG Management course is a highly reputable training scheme designed to help business owners improve their leadership skills and business performance through a combination of lectures, peer to peer sessions and 10hrs of 1 :1 mentoring which we can host as one of the pool of mentors for the course.

Prerequisites for the service
As minimum, you will need some type bookkeeping system in place, preferably cloud based.
If you need support with this you can enrol on one of our bookkeeping services which can be optimised for the BPT Programme.
