​​To help our clients access the benefits of business mentorship we have created the Business Mentoring Project. Through this program, we match business owners and organisation leaders like you with qualified mentors (including myself ) to assist in key business areas like:

Although each mentor will have a specialist area (an important factor when selecting your mentor) most also provide broader mentoring support as part of the service. This include things like keeping you motivated, providing honest feedback and being a sounding board for your ideas.

 

How it works

Our mentoring programme makes it quick and easy way to secure a suitable mentor for your business or organisation. We start by learning about what you do and what you want to achieve and then search, vet and handpick a list suitable mentors that match your requirements.

 

We will also ensure that you are appropriately set up to be mentored which may involve you making some minor changes administratively, operationally or compliance wise.​

 

When chosen, you will work with your mentor through scheduled meetings where you will discuss and create solutions to your problems and/or figure out ways to exploit opportunities. This will usually involve the creation of an action plan with clear goals so your mentor can help you stay on track and reach them faster.
